General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Catch-Up Education
The general terms and conditions of sale established by PACIFIC GROUP GLOBAL LEARNING PTY LTD (hereinafter referred to as “Catch-Up Education”) and outlined below are intended to describe the procedures and protections for the Client following any registration and/or purchase of a training program abroad. These conditions apply upon receipt of a validated registration form.
Definition of Our Services
Catch-Up Education offers consulting, guidance, and support services for all requests concerning studies, language courses, and Working Holiday programs abroad.
Consulting and Guidance: Analysing the client’s request and proposing suitable training programs based on their needs, profile, and budget, as offered by our partners and institutions.
Support: Coordination and monitoring of registration procedures, file preparation, payments, visa applications, travel, and accommodation in Australia between the client and Catch-Up Education’s partners.

Catch-Up Education cannot be held legally responsible for last-minute modifications or force majeure events caused by our partners or governments.
Registration and Confirmation
By registering, the client agrees to the contractual terms and conditions of Catch-Up Education and its partners. Registration can be submitted and confirmed in writing (fax, email, registration form), by phone, orally, or through our website. Conditions vary depending on the selected program.
Administrative Processing Fee
For each application, Catch-Up Education charges 550 AUD (excluding GST) + 10% GST per registration for administrative processing.
These fees must be paid upon invoice receipt before the registration process begins.
This amount is non-refundable if the client cancels the project or discontinues the course.
Special Request Processing Fee
For applications to schools or institutions not listed among our current partners, a special request fee of 650 AUD + GST (total: 715 AUD per registration) applies.
This fee is additional to the standard administrative fee.
It does not include translation costs for documents required for registration.
Registration and Payment for Our Products
Working Holiday Visa (WHV) Packs in Australia
WHV package prices vary based on seasonality and availability.
After completing the online or email form and accepting the terms and conditions, the client will receive a confirmation and an invoice in Australian dollars (AUD) for payment to Catch-Up Education’s headquarters in Australia.
Payments can only be made via bank transfer.
Registrations will not be processed until the payment and arrival details (flight number, date, and local arrival time in Australia) are received.
If the client customises their package, a personalised quote will be provided. Once the client accepts in writing, a new invoice will be issued.
Registration and Payment for a Training Program in Australia
(Valid for other destinations, with their respective immigration regulations.)
The client must complete and sign the forms of the selected Australian partners, automatically acknowledging their specific terms and conditions.
A confirmation and invoice will be sent, and payment must be made directly to Catch-Up Education.
Admission Conditions
All conditions required for staying in Australia (visa acquisition, valid insurance, customs formalities, etc.) are the client’s responsibility.
Catch-Up Education provides embassy information and assists with visa applications through its immigration agent partners.
Conditions vary depending on nationality and country of residence.
If the visa is denied for reasons beyond Catch-Up Education’s control, cancellation terms will apply.
Cancellation Conditions
A registration is considered canceled upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation (email, fax, registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, or hand delivery).
Cancellation Fees:
30% of the total cost if canceled 15 to 31 days before departure.
75% of the total cost if canceled 8 to 14 days before departure.
100% of the total cost if canceled 0 to 7 days before departure or from the arrival date in Australia.
If the client provides an incorrect arrival date, the accommodation partner will charge an additional night, payable upon arrival.
Catch-Up Education’s services are free for students as they are funded by partner institutions.
Course Withdrawal & Abandonment:
If the student withdraws after the start date, they must pay a 30% commission on the remaining study period to cover advisory, registration, and administrative services.
A final invoice will be issued upon receipt of cancellation.
If the student abandons or departs prematurely, a fee of 350 AUD + GST applies for visa cancellation procedures and partner contract termination management.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made in writing and include supporting documents.
The process can take up to one month.
Bank fees may apply for international transfers.
No refunds are granted once training has begun or for partial use of a package.
Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing before the end of the stay.
If dissatisfaction persists, the client may contact their Catch-Up Education advisor directly.
Price Adjustments
Catch-Up Education and its partners may adjust fees due to:
Currency fluctuations,
Increased transportation costs,
Government tax increases.
Invoices issued before these changes remain valid.
Health Insurance
Health insurance is available through our partners. In case of visa refusal, a refund may be possible under the following conditions:
Provide official refusal notification.
Complete a refund request form.
Meet the insurance provider’s deadlines.
Administrative fees may apply.
A 300 AUD + GST fee is charged for immigration agent coordination.
Welcome Pack – Brisbane (Australia)
Includes:
Airport pick-up,
Transport card & local SIM card,
Destination information package.
Fee: 550 AUD + GST (non-refundable).
Late arrival fee: 20 AUD per hour of delay.
Enrollment Certificate
Issued upon request for 25 AUD + GST, payable in advance.
Public Holidays
No classes on public holidays.
Missed hours are non-refundable.
Promotional Materials
Catch-Up Education reserves the right to use client images for promotional purposes, with client consent.
